How can I ask questions and report problems?

For questions and problem reporting please write a mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We will take care of your request as soon as possible.

It is also possible to send a mail directly within Rhino, using the "About" entry in the pulldown menu of the plug-in. This mail automatically contains your system specifications, making it easier to handle your problem report.

 

Is it possible to test VSR plug-ins for free?

Yes, every plug-in contains a test license, valid for 3 weeks after installation.
Even if you shouldn't have bought one of our products yet, we appreciate any kind of feedback or reports of problems that occur!

 

Are floating licenses available?

Yes, you can buy floating licenes for our product. We are using the Rhino 5 Zoo for that.
Please note that computers which want to retreive a license need to have access to the license server.
There is no "check out" of licenses or similar feature available.

 

How do I get a license, and how can I activate it?

You can buy our products from our Resellers, or in our Online Shop.
Once you have done that, you can get a permanent license. This is described in detail on the page VSR License Activation.

 

Are there special prices for educational versions of the plug-ins?

Yes, educational prices for our products can be found in this section of our Online Shop.


Do I have to buy each new version of the plug-in again?

With buying one of our plug-ins you can use that version as long as you like. Of course service releases for that version, containing bug fixes and small enhancements, are for free.
Should you decide to buy a newer version of that plug-in you will get it for a fraction of the original price.
In addition to that, your feedback will affect our further developments to assure the highest possible benefit of that plug-in for you.
